The registration & entry passes / access to the W.H.R. 2025 is limited only to valid H.O.G.®️ members. These include Life & Associate Life Members and Full & Associate members only.
No arms, weapons, alcohol, narcotic substances and other harmful items shall be allowed to enter the venue.
Smoking in all public areas including Banquet spaces, Restaurants, Bars, Lobbies and all other areas of the resort except for the designated guest rooms on the smoking floors of the resort and outdoor areas. Hookah is not allowed in the resort.
As per the directive from DGCA, use of Drone cameras is strictly prohibited inthe resort premises and therefore participant in the events is restricted to use Drone.
Usage of any kind of fire crackers is strictly prohibited in the property premises and therefore the participant in the event shall not be permitted to use fire crackers.
Participants are cautioned that they are responsible for safekeeping of their personal property and neither Westin Pushkar Resort and Spa nor NBHC shall be made accountable for the loss or damage of personal belongings of the participant For Participant own comfort & safety, all the rooms are equipped with lockers. Kindly use them to keep all your valuables safely.
All the local laws of the land are applicable to each and every participant and the participant cannot claim that they had no knowledge of the local laws and were ignorant of such laws in existence.

Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event. NBHC are not responsible for weather-related incidents or injuries caused by participating in the activity.
