RESTRICTION / DISCLAIMER
The registration & entry passes / access to the W.H.R. 2025 is limited only to valid H.O.G. members. These include Life & Associate Life Members and Full & Associate members only.
No arms, weapons, alcohol, narcotic substances and other harmful items shall be allowed to enter the venue. Smoking is not permitted in all public areas including Banquet spaces, Restaurants, Bars, Lobbies and all other areas of the resort except for the designated guest rooms on the smoking floors of the resort and outdoor areas. Hookah is not allowed in the resort.
As per the directive from DGCA, use of Drone cameras is strictly prohibited in the resort premises. All types of fire crackers are strictly prohibited in the resort property premises.
Participants are cautioned that they are responsible for safekeeping of their personal property and neither Westin Pushkar Resort and Spa nor NBHC shall be made accountable for the loss or damage of personal belongings of the participant. For Participant own comfort & safety, each room at the resort are equipped with lockers. Kindly use them to keep all your valuables safely.
Entry event pass holder who are not resident guest of NBHC shall reach the event venue at Westin with their own mode of transport. Event Entry Pass is non transferable and non refundable .
Neither Resident guest nor Event pass holder shall have access to enter the dinner area without producing or submitting dinner coupon at the main gate of the dinner area. Once the resident guest or Event pass holder enters & leaves the dinner arena by using the dinner coupon, the Re-entry to dinner area is not permissible again by the same resident guest or event pass holder without producing another dinner coupon
All the local laws of the land are applicable to each and every participant and the participant cannot claim that they had no knowledge of the local laws and were ignorant of such laws in existence.

NBHC – NBHC – Nine Bridges Harley Chapter is organising the WHR event at Pushkar but NBHC is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur to the participant as a result of the event i.e. before the event, during the event or after the event. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event. NBHC shall not entertain grievances of the participant about the room size and interiors and claiming sub-standard rooms, as every participant is expected to have viewed the video shared against each room category before making payment and confirming their room booking. Entry event pass holder who are not resident guest of NBHC shall reach the event venue at Westin with their own mode of transport and NBHC shall not be answerable or responsible for any mishap or untoward incident or breach of law surfacing by any participant of entry event pass holders. Every participant in the event is expected to behave decently during the event in accordance with law and shall not indulge in any nefarious activities viz; manhandling, molestation etc and any participant misbehaving and taking law in hand would be handed over to police for taking necessary action against the said participant and NBHC team shall not be answerable for any untoward incident surfacing during the event
